O my God,
I am sorry and repent with all my heart
for all the wrong I have done and for the good I have failed to do, because by sinning I have offended you, who are all good and worthy to be loved above all things.
I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid the occasions of sin.
Through the merits of the Passion of our Savior Jesus Christ, Lord have mercy.

Lectio's "Salvation: New Life in Christ" is a ten part video series on Formed that features popular Catholic speaker Dr. Michael Barber. In this series, Dr. Barber provides a deeply Catholic and Biblical answer to the question, "What does Salvation mean?" Perfect for the Easter season, the first episode titled, "Not Self Help", is a thirty minute video. It explores why you as a Catholic should understand the importance of salvation. Try the first video and you will want to complete the entire series. There are study aids available for you on the site to assist your understanding. Bring your Rice Bowls with the money you have collected during Lent and place them in the "big" rice bowl in the Narthex before Mass or anytime during the first two weeks of the Easter season. Catholic Relief Services and our diocesan Catholic Charities efforts to help the poor are the beneficiaries.
Due to Holy Week restrictions, the Solemnity of the Annunciation (normally occurs on March 25) will be celebrated this Monday, April 8 at 9:00 am followed immediately by the annual "Rosary procession" to the monument of the unborn child (in our office parking lot). The Knights of Columbus honor guard will lead this prayerful procession. Please join us for this experience.

Also, the Wednesday Mass will, from now on, be celebrated at 5:00 pm preceded by a Eucharistic Holy Hour and the opportunity for the celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation starting at 4:00 pm.
