The Sacred Heart Grief Support Group is for those who have faced or are facing challenges in their lives, perhaps the death of fa loved one, a spouse, sibling, or child. There may be other events in your life that have shaken your ground such as serious illness, fivorce or something that has made you view life differently. The SHJCC Bereavement MInistry's Grief Support Group is a safe space where we can learn and grow together. We are grateful you have survived and will assist in helping you reclaim your life, increase happiness and be inspired to be the person you were born to be. The Support Group will meet each Monday, October 2 between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. We will use a program titled Grieving with Great Hope produced by the Good Mourning Ministry. It comes to us via FORMED; a free subscription to us as SHJ parishioners.
