Sacred Heart of Jesus has been privileged to offer fitness classes led by, Linda Broome, on Mondays & Wednesdays. Cathy Spell, a talented, certified Pilates instructor, has offered her expertise to lead fitness classes on Tuesdays & Thursday. Pilates focuses on posture, balance, flexibility, mental focus, strength and the vital importance of breathing and oxygenation of the entire body. Pilates is meant to produce a body in which mobility and strength improves, resulting in healthy and active aging. Cathy invites you to attend her demonstration class which she will hold on Saturday, September 28, after the 5:00 p.m. Mass and on Sunday, September 29, between the morning Masses at 9:30 a.m. Classes begin on Tuesday, October 1 at 11:15 a.m. and at 12:15, in the Upper Hall.
