Linda Broome, certified fitness instructor, offers two classes on Mondays. Fit 'n Balanced begins at 3:30 p.m. with goals of improving balance, core strength and coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels.
From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., Fit 'n Fabulous will be led by Mrs. Broome, addressing a higher energy fitness class with goals of improving cardiac endurance, flexibility, muscle strength and caloric burn. This class is suitable for an intermediate level of fitness ability. Please bring a floor mat and hand weights if available. Be prepared to groove and pump your mind, body and spirit.
