Due to the overwhelming attendance at our first "Fit 'n Balanced" excercise class at 3:30 p.m. last week, an additional exercise class, "Fit 'n Fabulous" will follow on Mondays at 4:00 p.m. - except this week when both sessions will happen on Monday, April 22, at the times noted. This new, hour-long class will focus on higher energy exercises to groove and pump our mind, body and spirit. Linda Broome, certified fitness instructor, will continue to lead "Fit 'n Balanced" participants at 3:30 p.m. in core strengthening, balancing, toning and coordination exercises. A chair is available to assist all levels of participants. This is a 30-minute class to begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. Please bring lighter-pound hand weights, if available.
