Announcing an exciting addition to our already existing M-W-F (8am) exercise class.
Linda Broome, a fellow parishioner, will be leading registered participants on Monday, April 1st (Lower Hall) in a strengthing and conditioning class called, "Fit n' Balanced." Much of Linda's instruction will be focused on balance, eye/hand coordination, strengthening and toning. Linda's positive spirit and enthusiasm is pronounced by the classical upbeat music she plays.

Linda has been leading fitness classes for over 25 years; a true servant of God seeking balance of Mind, Body and Spirit. Although Linda is Silver Sneakers certified, this is not a Silver Sneakers class. There is no fee for this class; however, it will be necessary to sign a waiver on the first day. If there is a positive turn out of fitness enthusiasts, the class will be offered every Monday at 3:30 p.m. and may even extend beyond the initial 30 minutes of scheduled time. This class is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged to attend. Equipment available for use; chair, resistance ball and low lb. dumbbell weights. *Weights are in low supply - please bring your own, if available, for personal use.*
