1.  Visit www.formed.org 
2.  Click sign in
3.  Enter your e-mail
4.  Click the link in your email
5.  You are in!  (No more passwsords)!

Create a new FORMED account:

1.  Visit www.formed.org 
2.  Click sign in
3.  Select I belong to a parish
4.  enter - Sacred Heart, HSV, AR and find your parish by name, click on it
5.  Enter your e-mail address and you are in!
