Come enjoy a Catfish dinner prepared by Chef Peter Pellegrino and crew for only $15.00 with net proceeds benefiting local charities. The Knights of Columbus will be serving a Catfish Dinner on Friday, April 8 starting at 5:00 p.m. in the Lower Hall of the Church. The dinner is limited to 180 persons. You must purchase a ticket for this event. Takeout orders can be picked up at 5:45 p.m.
The menu will consist of a generous 12 oz (3/4 lb.) portion of deep fried catfish strips from Louisiana with southern style breading (just like last year) served with a side of tartar sauce, an olive oil rubbed baked potato roasted with sea salt, served with butter, sour cream and chives on the side, a fresh baked sourdough roll and creamy Cole slaw.
