If you are unable to serve on a scheduled date:

Log in with the username and password sent to you by email.  If you have forgotten your username or password, contact your Ministry Leader as shown on the Ministry Scheduler Pro web page.

Click “My Schedule” to view the dates for which you are scheduled.

• Click “request sub” next to the date for which you are unable to serve.
• A sub request email will be sent to volunteers qualified to take your place.
• You will receive an email from the scheduling system if someone volunteers to sub for you.

If your sub request has not been filled by 3 days before you are scheduled to serve, please find a sub by calling or emailing other volunteers:

• Access the online scheduling system using the instructions above.
• Click “Rosters” to view contact information for other people in your ministry.

If you find you are unable to serve at the last minute, please use the roster to find a replacement.
