The time is getting close for the Knights to host our 15th annual charity golf event. This tournament donates ALL proceeds to St John's School in order to aid students whose families would otherwise not be able to afford to send their children to receive a valuatble Catholic high academic education. There are currently numberous students attending who would not be there without our assistance. There are two major compnenets to the succes of this event: golfers and sponsor donations. While many sponsors are from HSV and Hot Springs businesses, may others are from parishioners from Sacred Heart, St John's and St Mary's. The Knights of Columbus are pleased to announce that the 2023 Taste of Faith, our annual event to support the seminarians in the diocese, will take place on July 28. The gala event begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Lower Hall. Bishop Taylor, Fr Hebert (Vocations Director) along with several seminarians will be joining us. The dinner, to be prepared by Chef Johnna Westerman, will be tossed salad, beef bourguignon with pearl onions and mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes, lemon butter asparagus and devil's food chocolate cherry cake for dessert. Attendees will have the opportunity to donate generously in support of our seminarians. Tickets are $25. The Sacred Heart Men's Club is sponsoring a bus trip to see an Arkansas Travelers Minor League baseball game in North Little Rock on Tuesday, August 1. ticket price is $55 each which includes bus transportation to and from the SHJ parking lot to Dickie-Stevens park, admission, reserved seating and ballpark food (hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, chips and drinks). A BIG THANK YOU to Sharon Board who had been the volunteer in our Church Library. Once it was decided to empty the room, Sharon worked long and hard to clear the books and offer them for free to our parishioners. It was a monumental task and she kept going until its completion. It is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed when someone works so hard for our parish!!

- Locate the Give Online/IRA/Stocks link on the home page, then follow instructions to create your online profile and schedule your recurring contributions. Profile will include setting up a password and the credit card or bank account you prefer to use. After that, you'll just need the password to enter.
- The next page will include all contributions you may choose to make. You can select monthly, weekly or a one-time contribution. We suggest that your Regular and Building Fund contributions be done monthly on the same date each month, preferably the 5th or the 15th, to make it easier for accounting and to reduce charges to the Church. The envelope contributions will be listed along with the date on the envelope. This will enable you, if you wish, to schedule all of your contributions for the year at one time.

The Shrine of Divine Mercy, located at St Edward Church, 801 Sherman St in Little Rock, has been implemented to serve as a place of pilgrimage, adoration and reconciliation.
