The Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine will be administered by health care professionals on October 16th and 17th  before and after all Masses.  Please bring a photo ID and Medicare or other Insurance card.  Also, be aware of your clothing that day to allow for ease of injection.  If you have any questions, please call Bill Nosek at 501-915-9000.
