Let's be a tourist by seeing someting in our own backyard Friday, June 17, meet at church at 11:30 a.m. to tour the Gangster Museum in Hot Springs. We will have our own special tour and then eat in town. If it's your 1st or 20th time, The Gansger Museum never disappoints. You're invited to join the Stretch and Balance Class led by Linda Broome every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. in the lower hall. No matter your fitness level, this class is sure to help stretch out and strengthen muscles through a routine that is safe and done at your own pace. Regardless if you want to stay seated or stand, the routine will surely help with your flexibility and balance. Come stretch your way to better health!!! 
The Ladies of the Sacred Heart would like to thank everyone who participated in our first golf tournament. Whether you played in the tournament, volunteered for the event or donated items for the raffle or goodie bags it was a tremendous success raising $8,739.12 for the 15 local charities of women and children that we support. We also want to thank our many hole sponsors and vendors who donated to our tournament. A very special shout out to Glenn Champeaux, Eyecare Specialties, Chick-fil-A in Bryant and a special Lady of the Sacred Heart (you know who you are), for your generous donations. We are looking for help to assist in managing our audio and video church systems. If you have some electronic and-or audio/visual experience, we need you! Some of the duties would include sitting with the control iPad during Mass and adjusting indiviual speakers volumes as needed. Learning the AV system in the upper and lower halls to run an occasional movie, CD or set up a guest speaker to use the PA system. In general, it's learning and understanding all of our church audio and video systems and then being available to help operate them. On Sunday, June 5, 2022 the Knights of Columbus would like to invite everyone to a Parish Breakfast. The menu includes French toast, hash browns, link sausages, orange and tomato juice, and coffee. Breakfast is only $7.00 a plate. All breakfast proceeds are used to help fund Knight charitable activites throughout the year. Your support is greatly appreciated.

The Pastoral Council will meet on Friday, June 24. They will have representatives in the Narthex before and after Masses the weekend of June 18/19. Last weekend the "Catholic Arkansas Sharing Appeal" began in all the Catholic Churches in our state. This appeal is by far the most important one that we have in our state each year. It ensures that needed ministries and activities continue to happen and even grow in scope and effectiveness throughout the year. As we hear about the good results that are happening in many diverse ways, let us pray that generous hearts will respond in a thoughful way to this appeal. Just so you know, our monetary goal (set by the diocese) is $83,900 this year. Our participation goal is 100% of the families in our parish!!

A group of parishioners invites you to join 'The Mother Mary Prayer Group' meeting every Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in classrooms A&B for about an hour. Cemetery Committee members Gary Wolfer, Pat Kalisz, Russ Harrison, Rick Martinek and Bill Patterson (missing in picture), performed work to clean up the Cemetery and Garden on June 11th. The annual cleaning of the fountain and Pond, the 4 Columbaria, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Statue and power washing the sidewalks was completed.Please consider Sacred Heart's Cemetery as the final resting place for you and your family. The Memorial Garden and Columbaria are on Church grounds and are a beautiful and peaceful place to vist and pray.

SAVE THE DATE! The Arkansas Catholic Charismatic Renewal Service invites EVERYONE to the Catholic Charismatic Conference to be held July 22-24, 2022 at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock. Speakers will be Fr. Patrick Gonyeau of "Encounter Ministries" and Mrs. Barbara Heil, founder of "From His Heart" ministry. The conference will open Friday evening with Mass. Closing will be with Sunday Mass at 11:30 a.m. Other weekend activities will be a youth track, praise and worship, children's ministry, book store and prayer teams.
