The Diocese of Little Rock will offer a Grief Support Group via Zoom led by Dr. Mary Ann Stafford and Laura Humphries, C.T. The group will meet for 10 sessions, beginning on Wednesday, May 5, at 6:30 p.m. Support groups help grieving people by introducing them to others who have had similar experiences, thoughts, and feelings. They provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Allowing the mourner to explore their geelings and be compassionate with themselves.
